Perley-Halladay Associates, Inc.

Perley-Halladay Associates, Inc. was founded in 1961 by Graham D. Perley, Jr. and H. Bard Halladay, III. At it’s inception, Perley-Halladay was a manufacturer’s representative for Bally Case and Cooler. Bally was the first manufacturer and designer of the prefabricated, foamed-in-place, insulated metal panels used in the cold storage industry. Through the 1960s, 70s and 80s, Perley-Halladay expanded into Maryland, New Jersey, Delaware and Virginia to represent the Bally products which had become widely considered the highest quality insulated panels in the country.

With increasing demand for design, engineering and construction of cold storage buildings, Perley-Halladay formed an engineering division and construction division in the mid 1970s. The design/build business grew with the rapidly expanding cold storage and food processing industries. Perley-Halladay has installed well over 1,000 design/build projects and millions of square feet of cold storage/food processing space. In addition to food and beverage, Perley-Halladay has serviced many other industries requiring refrigerated or temperature controlled space including pharmaceutical, medical and testing.

As a family owned business in its 4th generation, we understand that our lasting customer relationships, in addition to our experience and quality workmanship, has been vital to our success and solid reputation. Perley-Halladay takes great pride in the fact that the majority of our new projects come from repeat business and referrals from our existing customers. We look forward to being a part of your growth and success.
