Dante brings over 30 years of executive leadership and operational management experience to Perley-Halladay. Previously President of Pacproinc, LLC, he has extensive experience in manufacturing, strategic planning, and organizational development. At Perley-Halladay, Dante focuses on operational efficiency, process improvement, and coordination across departments. He also serves as Co-Chair of the Southeastern Pennsylvania Manufacturing Alliance (SEPMA), supporting regional manufacturing and workforce development initiatives.
