With over 15 years at Perley-Halladay Associates, Fred brings extensive construction safety management experience, having previously served as Safety Director for several major contractors. He leads the company’s safety program, emphasizing hazard prevention, equipment safety training, and jobsite accountability. Fred works closely with project teams and subcontractors to maintain regulatory compliance, reinforce safe equipment operation, and promote a proactive safety culture across all projects.
