Breakthru Beverage’s 65,000 sq. ft. cooler in Denver, CO, has separate compartments for craft beer at 34°F and wine at 55°F. Perley-Halladay designed and built it with dual-compressor refrigeration.

C.H. Robinson’s 30,000 sq. ft. refrigerated produce warehouse in Bethlehem, PA, brings the two warehouses to about 70,000 sq. ft. Perley-Halladay handled design, project management, and construction.
Campbell Soup Company
Campbell Soup Company’s test kitchen renovation added a 5,000 sq. ft. cooler and freezer designed and built by Perley-Halladay, with 35 ft. of clear height, insulated roll-up doors, and an air curtain.
Chesapeake Beverage
Chesapeake Beverage’s new 30-ft.-high beer storage warehouse in Jessup, MD, reuses split-system refrigeration from its existing facility. Perley-Halladay handled the complete design and construction.
Department of Health & Human Services
Two 1,800 sq. ft. environmental cold rooms for the Department of Health & Human Services maintain 4°C. Perley-Halladay and Thermmax Scientific designed and built both rooms with internal steel frames.

Fisher Clinical’s 31,000 sq. ft. pharmaceutical warehouse in Allentown, PA, includes a cooler and freezer. Perley-Halladay designed and built the insulated enclosures on its fifth project for Fisher.
House of Spices
House of Spices’ 4,200 sq. ft. freezer and cooler fit inside an existing building. Perley-Halladay designed and built a freestanding rack system to support ceiling panels and refrigeration equipment.
