With 37 years at Perley-Halladay Associates, Jeff brings exceptional technical expertise and leadership to the company’s design-build operations. Having designed hundreds of turnkey cold storage facilities, he specializes in architectural and thermal design, structural systems, and material handling layouts. As lead designer, Jeff coordinates critical building systems, equipment layouts, and code requirements, developing practical, efficient designs that support construction and long-term facility performance.
