Perley-Halladay completed a 200,000 Sq. Ft. cold storage warehouse for J&J Snack Foods Corp. The facility consists of 150,000 Sq. Ft. of freezer space and 50,000 Sq. Ft. of refrigerated dock space. Also included in the space are a 7,000 Sq. Ft. -45°F Blast Freezer and a 70°F Staging Room. The entire building was encapsulated in metal panels for a clean, seamless look.
